DISTRIBUTION
Western Pacific.
White with low flat yellow tubercles scattered over the central region of the mantle. The translucent white gills are large and sparsely pinnate. They are lined with black. Rhinophore club is black. The relatively large sparsely pinnate gills reminded the authors of a species of Halgerda hence the species name.
