DISTRIBUTION

Philippines

Before known as Chelidonura alexisi
Black and densely covered with minute white spots. Head with four lobes and a series of sensory bristles along the anterior margin. Left ‘tail’ broad and elongate, right ‘tail’ much shorter. On silty sand.
This new species of Mariaglaja is named by Dr. Terry Gosliner to recognize Philippine dive guide and photographer Alexis Principe.
